This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Aurell Estelle website. By completing your purchase at checkout, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Malaysia public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time may vary during holidays or special promotion period.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

West Malaysia: 1–3 business days

East Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- Singapore: 3-5 business days

International: 10–21 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. International Shipping Disclaimer
For international orders, you acknowledge and agree that:

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be extended due to customs inspections or regulatory delays;

You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country;

Aurell Estelle does not mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value to avoid customs charges;

Orders may be delayed, returned or confiscated by customs authorities in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Aurell Estelle shall not be held liable for any loss, delay or additional costs resulting from customs clearance processes or actions taken by authorities in the destination country.
4. Shipping Fees & Duties
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
For international orders, shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes or import charges unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Aurell Estelle shall not be responsible for:

Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address;

Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability;

Additional charges incurred for re-delivery or re-shipment.
Re-shipping fees may apply.
6. Risk of Loss
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
This means Aurell Estelle shall not be responsible for:

Lost, stolen or misplaced parcels after delivery confirmation;

Parcels left unattended at the delivery location according to courier records;

Claims arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Customers are advised to ensure that the delivery address is secure and accessible at the time of delivery.

While Aurell Estelle will assist in liaising with courier partners where reasonably possible, we do not guarantee recovery or replacement for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
