This policy applies to all purchases made on the Aurell Estelle website. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. 30-Day Limited Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Aurelle Estelle piece. We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering any manufacturing defects.
- Coverage: This warranty covers issues related to the structural integrity of the jewellery (e.g., faulty clasps or loose settings).
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to improper care, or lost items.
- Process: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@aurellestelle.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- Resolution: Eligible defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
2. Wrong Item or Incorrect Sizing
If you receive an item that is incorrect or of a different size than what was ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement for the original product purchased.

Return Requirement: Before a replacement or store credit is issued, the original item must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Reporting Window: Errors or sizing discrepancies must be reported to hello@aurellestelle.com within 7 days of delivery.

Availability: If the original product is out of stock, store credit will be issued once the return is processed.

Shipping Costs: Aurelle Estelle will bear the shipping fees for returns and replacements resulting from our error or a confirmed defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return (Warranty & Errors Only)
To initiate a claim under our 30-Day Manufacturer Warranty or to report an Incorrect Item, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Reach out to our team via email at hello@aurellestelle.com or WhatsApp us at +6011-6813 6383. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the item.

Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by our team. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with specific shipping instructions to our Malaysia office. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Responsibility for Returning Items

Prepaid Airway Bill: For authorized warranty claims or incorrect items, Aurelle Estelle will provide a prepaid return airway bill via email. You simply need to print the label, attach it securely to your package and drop it off at the designated courier branch.

Secure Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please use the original packaging whenever possible.

Liability: While we provide the shipping label for defects and errors, Aurelle Estelle is only liable for the item once it has been successfully scanned and accepted by the designated courier.

Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, items must be returned in their original condition. Items showing signs of intentional damage or unauthorized repair attempts will not be accepted.
